Frequently Asked Questions

How Can I See The Status of My Order?

To check the status of your order click the “My Projects” link above in the menu. Once there enter the username and password for your account. Once you have logged in you should see a list of your projects. Click on the one you want to check and there you can see the current status and communicate with your designer.

If your order is not showing up under your account please email us at dssupport@inventright.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.

How Can I Reset My Password?

To reset your password click on the “My Projects” link above in the menu. Once there click the Forgot Password link next to the Login Button. Enter your username or email address and the website will send you an email to reset your password. Click the link in the email and then enter a new password.

If you are still experiencing problems please email us at dssupport@inventright.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Can I Talk Directly To My Designer?

Unfortunately no. Our design staff are all overseas and do not work during normal US working hours. This is done so that we can have the best talent to produce excellent work for you at such a low cost. Please feel free to communicate with your designer via the job ticket once you have logged in. If you have other questions you can always email dssupport@inventright.com and our Design Studio Manager Leslie Cayabyab will reply as soon as possible.

My Login Information Does Not Work

If you are having trouble logging into the system please try resetting your password. You can do so by clicking the “My Projects” menu item above and then clicking on the Forgot Password link on the login page. Enter your username or email address and the website will send you an email to reset your password. Click the link in the email and enter a new password.
